Qualifications and Experience

  1. Diploma in Public Health, Social Sciences, or relevant field from a recognized institution.
  2. At least 2 years prior work experience in a related field.
  3. Skilled in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and MS Access.
  4. Working knowledge of HIV/AIDs

Key Performance Area

  1. Participate in data collection.
  2. Retrieval of patient files
  3. Ensure quality of collected data, including data entry and management.
  4. Transfer data to the server
  5. Communicate with the team about relevant project issues and provide updates.
  6. Ensure ethical research procedures are adhered to and complied with.
  7. Manage interpersonal relationships with facility staff at research sites and ensure minimal disruption to normal health facility activities.
